1. Services
Gold + Glow Event Co. provides live artisan event services including photo glittering, hot foil application, and hand drill engraving; event activation experiences including inflatable rentals, yard game rentals, selfie mirror rentals, karaoke, and Polaroid experiences; and workshops and keepsake sales. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic limitations.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings require a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit. No date is held without both a signed agreement and deposit on file. Gold + Glow reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to the Gold + Glow Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Deposits are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Gold + Glow website and social media platforms, including logos, photos, videos, designs, and written content, is the property of Gold + Glow Event Co. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Gold + Glow content without prior written permission.
5. User-Generated Content & Tagging
By tagging Gold + Glow Event Co. in social media posts, you grant Gold + Glow a non-exclusive license to repost, share, and use your content for marketing purposes. Gold + Glow will credit the original creator where possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gold + Glow Event Co.'s total liability to any client or guest shall not exceed the total fees paid for the applicable service. Gold + Glow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
7. Artisan Service Disclaimer
Live artisan services are handmade and custom. Results may vary depending on surface material, design complexity, and environmental conditions. Minor variations are inherent to artisan work and do not entitle the client to a refund.
8. Third-Party Links & Platforms
Gold + Glow's website and social media may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. Gold + Glow is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party sites.
9. Privacy
The collection and use of personal information provided through the Gold + Glow website is governed by the Gold + Glow Privacy Policy, available on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by mediation in Florida before litigation.
11. Changes to These Terms
Gold + Glow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
